Production Site

We have 3 production sites.Our principal production facilities are based in Longechuan, Guangdong Province, China which are owned by Weida Longchuan. In addition, we have our logistic centre and product research development centre situated in Shenzhen, China, in order to provide services to our customers in a short time.

Our Longchuan production facility has a total area of 86,000 sq.m. and housed with more than 2,000 braiding machines, nine production lines of silicone-based and fluoro-polymer-based electric wiring products, eight production lines for silicone and PVC tubes and six production lines for fibre-glass sleeving tubers with silicone coating.

Our HuiZhou Production site manufactures mica paper, tapes and sheets as well as mica casting. With over few hundreds of technical staffs, this factory has its own R&D capability to produce high-temperature electro-insulating mica products in various specifications to suit for different customer requirements ranging from home appliances, electro-insulation products, electric heaters and fire-resistant cabling. We have also developed a special sector to manufacture mica products for electric vehicle and energy storage systems.

Our JiangXi Production site mainly produces insulating silica gel adhesives for industrial use. We have our own R&D team to generate various adhesive formulations for customers as well as supplying to our other factories.
